We provide the customer with electronic telex, fax and SMS services. All of these can be handled directly in the same system.

It can either be delivered as a free-standing service, or as an integrated part of BusinessMail. This will make it possible to handle e-mail, telex, fax and SMS directly in the same system.

By integrating other forms of communication into BusinessMail, all business-critical information is taken care of in the same system. This takes care of the history and better qualifies each employee for new meetings with the customer.

BusinessMail can also be taught to recognise incoming traffic and distribute it to the right department.

The telex system was phased out in Norway several years back, but there are still companies out there that use it. Telex can be sent and received as e-mail, and BusinessMail incorporates of the “Answer back” function which the original telex system used.
